Using Memes and Infographics to Follow Up

An associate uses tons of  memes and infographics in his blog, and as a way to pass on helpful information. He posts them to Instagram, and then also to Pinterest. Are you using any of these tools for follow up?

I use an app on my smart phone called PicLab that allows me to take a picture, put text on it, and then post it to multiple sites at once. See the latest photo I posted in multiple places.

Let me know how you are using different types of social media to follow up, and if you are using infographics as part of your personal system.
