can artichoke hearts
in water, crained and chopped

creamy dressing

pepper

curry powder
Instructions
Prepare orzo by cooking in water as any pasta for designated time (it was 8 min al dente for the orzo I used)
Mix creamy dressing with olives, onions, pepper and curry powder
Mix in chopped artichoke hearts
Add cooked rice and cooked orzo while still warm.
Refrigerate, serve cold.
